How do I change or update my personal information?

You can update your email, street address, and phone number directly from the Chime mobile app or website.

To change your personal information on the Chime mobile app:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap the Edit button.
3. Make your changes to the web page.

To change your personal information on the Chime website:

1. Log into your online account at www.chime.com.
2. Go to the top right-hand corner of the page, and in the dropdown menu, select Settings.
3. Make your changes to the web page.
