In the unfortunate case that your Card is lost or stolen, you can disable transactions in the Settings section of your app or at website. Under Card Settings, toggle the Allow transactions switch to the grey position. In the security section of the Settings page, turn off Card Transactions. This will immediately prevent any more transactions on your card.
If you need a new Card, contact us via Chat on our mobile app or website.
Or you can simply tap the "Replace My Card" button in the Card Settings of your app! You will be asked whether your card was Lost, Stolen, or Damaged. After confirming your address a replacement card will arrive in about a week. Keep an eye out for a green envelop.
